Nothing. This is a static page: it contains no forms, creates no accounts, uses no analytics and sets no cookies. No consent banner is therefore required.

The only data we hold is what you send us of your own accord when you write to us: your name, your email address and the content of your message.

• To answer you and discuss a project: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to a professional enquiry.
• To carry out an engagement if one is entrusted to us: performance of a contract.
• To meet our accounting and legal obligations where applicable: legal obligation.

Three years from our last exchange where no engagement follows. Ten years from the close of the financial year for records relating to a billed engagement, in line with French accounting obligations.

EMAH only. No data is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes. Our technical providers (email, hosting) may access it strictly as required to deliver their service, under contract and with no right of use of their own.

The website is hosted within the European Union. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google LLC (United States) when the page is displayed. No other data is transmitted and no cookie is set by this request.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. Write to contact@emah-advisory.com; we respond within one month.
